Carnarvon Windfest 2025: Temporary Changes to Pelican Point Regulations

The Shire of Carnarvon advises residents and visitors that during the Carnarvon Windfest on Friday 17 January 2025, the following temporary regulations will apply at Pelican Point to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all event participants:

Dogs on Leads:

All dogs must be kept on a lead in the off-leash area at Pelican Point for the duration of the event.

No Horses Permitted:

Horses will not be permitted at Pelican Point on this day.

These temporary measures will apply only on Friday 17 January, and normal regulations will resume on Saturday 18 January 2025.
