The Shire of Carnarvon manages the Tip Shop located at the Browns Range Waste Facility. 

Containers for Change 

Containers for Change is run by the ABC Foundation in Carnarvon and Coral Bay. If your drink container has a 10c mark, bring it to of the sites run by ABC Foundation. Most aluminium, glass, plastic, steel and liquid paperboard drink containers between 150ml and 3L can be saved. Make sure you take off the lids – they recycle those too, just separately.
