EOI - Community groups for Grazefest

The Shire of Carnarvon is excited to invite local community groups, sporting clubs, and organisations to showcase their services and offerings at Grazefest. This event aims to extend a warm welcome to new residents of Carnarvon and provide them with an opportunity to discover the vibrant community and diverse range of activities available in the area.

Expression of Interest:

We are seeking expressions of interest from community groups, sporting clubs, and organisations interested in participating in Grazefest as stallholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to promote your services, engage with new residents, and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere of the event.

Event Details:

Grazefest will take place at Baxter Park on Sunday, 5th May, from 3pm to 6pm. Stalls will be provided for showcasing your organisation's services, distributing information, and engaging with attendees.

How to Express Interest:

To express your interest in securing a stall at Grazefest, please send an email to shire@carnarvon.wa.gov.au. The deadline for submission is Friday, 26th April. In your email, kindly include your organisation's name, a brief description of the services you offer, and how much space you will require for your activation.
