Cat and Dog Registration Ends 31 October 2023

Please be advised if your cat or dog registration expires on 31 October 2023, you will need to contact the Shire of Carnarvon to renew your pet’s registration.
If your cat or dog has recently been sterilised, transferred out of the Carnarvon area or has passed away, please contact us to update their details.
All dogs within the State of Western Australia under the Dog Act 1976 (link located here
https://rebrand.ly/Dog-Act-1976 ) must be registered and microchipped once they
have reached the age of 12 weeks.
All cats within the State of Western Australia under the Cat Act 2011 (link located here
https://rebrand.ly/Cat-Act-2011 ) must be registered, microchipped and desexed once they have reached the age of 6 months.
