BUILDING FEES & CHARGES

Fees and charges for all applications are payable upon submission of the application.  Applications will not be assessed until the fee has been paid in full.  

There is a minimum fee of $166.65 on all Building Permit applications, consisting of a $105.00 application fee and a $61.65 Building Services Levy.  Additional fees are payable when the estimated value of the proposed building works exceeds $20,000.00.
